Magnetic flap level gauge in the practical application of often failure, of these failures, some caused by a single component failure, some caused by simultaneous failure of multiple components. Magnetic flap level gauge common fault and its causes are as follows:

A: The display panel is abnormal

The reasons for this failure are usually the following:

1, the gap between the flap and the guideway design unreasonable or too small, resulting in friction is too large, the flip does not flip;

2, the distance between the display panel and the buoy is too large, the magnetic drive force of the buoy is insufficient, which causes the flip not to flip;

3, the magnet in the flip is too small or the magnetic force disappears, resulting in flip does not flip or flip abnormalities;

Three: remote and magnetic flap are not moving

This failure phenomenon is usually caused by abnormal floats, the following two kinds of performance:

Phenomenon one: the float is stuck, resulting in the display panel instructions are not correct.

Failure Analysis: Floating magnetic flap level gauge stuck, usually for the following reasons:

1, when the float used for a period of time, the float may be stuck due to the presence of impurities, can not rise or fall;

2, buoy installation angle is less than 87 degrees, leading to tilt, affect the float up and down movement;

3, the float due to its own magnetic adsorption of iron or other dirt caused by stuck;

4, the ambient temperature is too low, causing the media to freeze, the float can not move.

Phenomenon two: Float damage, resulting in the display panel instructions are not correct.

Failure Analysis: Floating magnetic level gauge floater damage, usually for the following reasons:

1, the float due to the strength of the design is wrong, resulting in pressure to the inside of the depression, deflated;

2, no welding penetration or welding at the weld, resulting in pressure when the weld cracks, floats into the water;

3, the float due to the use of a long time or long-term high temperature use, demagnetization, resulting in unusable;

4, the float in the magnet loose, resulting in the float can not work.
